I used to work in a couple of custom cabinet shops and at those shops we used a couple of different Biesemeyer products. One of those being this product, the Biesemeyer 78-989 T-square Dual Pointer Cut-off Saw Stop. It worked very well for the applications we used it for. When I quit those shops and started my own home shop I wanted a good saw stop I could use on my miter saw. I use this saw mainly for cutting out face frame parts and with the accuracy of the Biesemeyer products this particular saw stop makes this possible. It is very easy to set up and get started using right away. What you need to figure out it is which side of the saw you want to use it on and buy the appropriate stick on tape measure either right to left or left to right. Or you may want to use it on both sides of the saw. This is well worth the money. If set up correctly you will get your return back on the accuracy of the product.

Bought the 78-989 to use on a Safey Kleen Cut Panel saw. It fit nicely over the square tube rail that the measuring tape is attached and tightens up securely. It is kind of pricey for its intended use, but I am satisfied with it.
